🏁 OFFICIAL RULES — JDM JUNKY “MIDNIGHT DRIFT SETUP” SWEEPSTAKES

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to the following Official Rules:

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The JDM Junky “Midnight Drift Setup” Sweepstakes begins on October 31, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. MST and ends on January 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. MST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received during this time to qualify.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, or affiliates of KDP Global Creations LLC (DBA JDM Junky), its subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To receive a valid entry into the JDM Junky “Midnight Drift Setup” Sweepstakes, entrants must complete both of the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

  1. Sign up for the official JDM Junky email list at www.jdmjunky.com. Each valid email sign-up counts as one (1) qualifying registration. Duplicate or fake email submissions will be void.

  2. Mail a 3″ × 5″ postcard containing your full name, complete mailing address, the same email address used to register online, and the words “JDM Junky ‘Midnight Drift Setup’ Sweepstakes Entry” in a first-class stamped envelope to:

The mailed postcard must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2026, and received within seven (7) days thereafter to be eligible. Only entries that complete both the online email sign-up and the mailed postcard requirements will be considered valid. Each entrant may submit only one (1) mail entry. Photocopied, computer-generated, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, each $1 USD spent at www.jdmjunky.com automatically earns one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.
Example: A $50 order = 50 entries.

Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MST on January 31, 2025.
Limit: One entrant per household. Fraudulent or automated entries will be disqualified.

6. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

Grand Prize:
One (1) winner will receive the “Midnight Drift Setup” Virtual Racing Experience, designed to bring JDM culture to life at home.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed item with one of equal or greater value in the event of availability issues or manufacturer discontinuations.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about February  5, 2026, from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.

If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions;

  • Release and hold harmless JDM Junky, its affiliates, and agents from any liability or injury arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize;

  • Allow the use of their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

10. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with JDM Junky’s Privacy Policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

Requests related to this Sweepstakes must be received by January 31, 2026.
